We offer free and easy returns for all domestic and International orders.
Any brand new product can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase when it arrives, or if there is a discrepancy in your order, please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to sales@zadewatches.com
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item has been worn Zade will not accept the returned item.
Delivery
Delivery is FREE on all orders.
Please be aware that international orders may incur import duty on your shipment.
All orders will be delivered within 1-5 working days.
